Where can you get a recycling bucket?

Update November 1, 2018: Currently we are out of the recycling buckets. We are waiting on an order from Mercer County. As soon as we have them available it will be posted. In the meantime you can use a cardboard box to collect your recyclables and put that out on the collection day.

YELLOW recycling buckets are available at the Department of Public Works located at 27 North Harrison Street (behind the fire house) Buckets are available Monday – Friday from 8:00 – 2:30.  Buckets are free and residents can take up to 4.

To dispose of broken buckets, use them for your weekly trash collection but mark the top “TRASH, TAKE ALL”  Please do not bring broken buckets to Public Works.

Questions about recycling in Princeton call the Department of Public Works at 609-688-2566.
