St. Lawrence Rehabilitation Center 

Provides physical rehabilitation on both an inpatient and outpatient basis. Services include physical and occupational therapy, speech therapy, therapeutic recreation, as well as social and psychological services. Uninsured patients are generally given financial assistance and underinsured patients may be eligible for payment using a sliding scale based on their income.

Provides “well-baby” clinics conducted every month and are provided for infants, pre-school and school age children (1 month – 18 years of age) without health insurance. The clinic is staffed with a licensed pediatrician and qualified public health nurses. The services include a physical examination, growth measurements, lead screening, required immunizations, tuberculosis testing, hearing, vision and developmental assessments.

Women, Infant and Children (WIC) 

Provides supplemental nutritious foods to pregnant, breastfeeding and postpartum women, infants and children up to the age of five. WIC services include nutrition education and counseling, breastfeeding promotion and support, immunization screening and health care referrals.
