Provides care for children, youth and young adults between the ages of 12 through 21 who have suffered abuse, neglect, and/or homelessness. Their programs are organized by age and provide emergency respite, transitional living, and outreach services. Is one of the largest independent, non-profit behavioral healthcare facilities in New Jersey. Catholic Charities of Trenton
Provides counseling and mental health services for individuals and families dealing with emotional distress, domestic violence, behavioral problems, mental illness, and substance abuse issues, regardless of religion. Provides comprehensive, quality healthcare services to improve and sustain the health status of the residents primarily in Central New Jersey.The Emergency Mental Health Services include walk-in crisis counseling, emergency screening assessments, nursing evaluations, assistance with hospitalizations, as well as information and referrals to outpatient mental health services.
