Trash Collection Delays Expected to Continue. Our trash hauler, Interstate Waste Services (formerly Central Jersey Waste, Inc. d/b/a Solterra Recycling Solutions) has advised us that the nationwide truck driver shortage has affected their company substantially. They have assured us they are working on hiring more drivers, offering sign-on bonuses, overtime, and changing routes along with other methods to help alleviate the staffing shortage and delays. With the understanding that there will be delays, they have assured us they will collect the trash within 48 hours of the scheduled collection.
We ask that you please be patient as they work through these issues, and report your missed collection online and understand that it may take a full 48 hours for your bins to be collected.
