Mindfulness Classes for Youth & Teens

What is Mindfulness?

Who is it offered to?

Mindfulness Classes for youth (Grades 3 through 6) and teens (Grades 7 through 10) will be offered beginning in January 10th. This program is open to Princeton Residents only. If there is enough space, we will open to Non-Residents. *Note: The Youth class is now full, however, you can be added to the wait-list by registering online.*


Mindfulness is taught by Michelle Moorhead, a Mindful Schools Certified Mindfulness Instructor. For more information about Michelle, visit her website.


The sessions will be once a week, every Sunday (no class on 2/7) for 6 sessions total from January10th through February 21st. You will receive a zoom link each Sunday prior to the session after you register. Mindfulness for the Youth will be from 6:00-6:30pm, and Mindfulness for Teens will be from 7:00-7:30pm. Fee is $30.00.
