Stormwater General Permit
The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Tier A Municipal Stormwater General Permit authorizes the discharge of stormwater from Princeton's municipal separate storm sewers and addresses stormwater quality issues. The Tier A Municipal Stormwater General Permit and associated documentation can be found on the NJDEP Bureau of Stormwater Permitting website. The New Jersey Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NJPDES) Rules can be found on the NJDEP Division of Water Quality website.
Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP):
The SPPP describes how we implement the permit requirements in regards to our stormwater program.

Stormwater Management Plan
The Stormwater Management Plan (SMP) is incorporated into the Utility Service Element section of the Princeton Community Master Plan. The SMP includes Appendices E and E2 and Appendices C1 through C16.
