Housing Availability for Purchase

From time to time, Princeton’s Department of Affordable Housing has several resale units available for sale. Sales prices are set in accordance with rules adopted by the Superior Court of New Jersey.  To apply to purchase an affordable unit, please complete the Preliminary Sales Application on the Affordable Housing webpage.

Currently Princeton has one two-bedroom moderate income unit for sale at the Washington Oaks Condominium development.  To be considered for this unit, your household size must be between 2-4 persons. Please refer to the Table below which outlines minimum and maximum gross annual income each household size.
