What is Chair Fitness? A fun workout that works on balance, coordination, cardio-respiratory endurance and flexibility, range of motion, muscular strength, endurance, and relaxation. Great for all fitness levels!
Program Instructor: Suzette Schmidt- For the last 20 years Suzette has been teaching various fitness classes including Aqua Fit, Chair Fitness & Arthritis classes. She also has coached youth soccer & Specializes in Adult Swim Lessons. Suzette’s slogan is “Feel Good Fitness”. She hopes when you leave her class you feel good, strong, happy, and ready to keep moving.
When: November 8 - November 22 (6 classes). No class on November 19; Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 11:15 am-12:15 pm.
