PRINCETON’S AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROGRAM HAS INCOME-ELIGIBLE CONDOMINIUMS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE. GROSS HOUSEHOLD INCOME DETERMINES THE PURCHASE PRICE.

  • Purchase prices are calculated at 28% of gross annual household income
  • Monthly Housing costs include: mortgage, interest, homeowner’s association fees, homeowner’s insurance, sewer and PMI (if applicable)
