In-Person Mindfulness Program!

Who is it offered to?

There will be (2) Mindfulness Classes offered. Mindfulness for the Youth is open to 3rd-6th graders & Mindfulness for Teens is 7th-10th graders.


  • Mindfulness classes will be offered once a week, for (6) weeks, on Wednesdays from September 22 - November 3rd (no class on 9/29). 
  • Class will take place outdoors in the Community Room @ CP Pool.
  • Mindfulness for Youth; 5:00-5:45pm
  • Mindfulness for Teens; 6:00-6:45pm
  • Fee: $80 for Princeton Residents.

What is Mindfulness? 

Mindfulness is a way to train our minds to pay attention to the present moment. Through games, stories and activities, students will learn the basics of mindfulness and how to practice in their daily lives.
